Deleting your account is permanent. Remaining promotional or purchased credits cannot be restored after deletion except where required by law or an applicable platform policy.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open XSignal and go to Me.
- Open Account and choose Account Deletion.
- Follow the verification instructions and confirm the request.
Option 2: Submit a web request
Email support@xsignal.website from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “XSignal Account Deletion Request” and include only your XSignal login email. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, private keys or identity documents unless support provides a secure, necessary verification process.
What is deleted
- Account profile and app preferences.
- Saved report history and app-specific user content.
- Active sessions and service-specific identifiers no longer required.
What may be retained
Limited purchase, ledger, refund, fraud-prevention, security and legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary for accounting, disputes, platform restoration, abuse prevention or law. Retained records are restricted and deleted or de-identified when the retention purpose expires.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days unless a legal, security or dispute requirement requires additional time.
