By accessing XSignal, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws and restrictions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your access codes, device security and activity under your account. Do not share review or private-test credentials outside their intended purpose.
4. Permitted use
You may use XSignal for personal or authorized professional market research. You may not attack, scrape at abusive rates, reverse engineer protected services, bypass entitlements, manipulate purchases, submit malicious content or use the service unlawfully.
5. Credits and purchases
Digital credits purchased in the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing. Credits are applied only after server verification. Prices, introductory free usage and bonuses may change before purchase. Refunds are governed by applicable law and Google Play policies.
6. Market data and AI
Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. AI outputs may contain errors. A data-quality label describes system availability but is not a warranty of accuracy or suitability.
7. Intellectual property
XSignal software, branding, interfaces, research structures and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party data and marks remain the property of their owners.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, providers, purchases or legal compliance. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, accurate predictions, profits or avoidance of losses.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSignal is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages or decisions made from market data, model outputs or AI analysis.
